• Use of locally available materials with short transport routes.
• Forward-looking planning so that possible future changes and conversions can be made with the least amount of effort.

• Electronic devices with the highest energy efficiency class.
• Energy saving lighting.
• Paperless planning, where possible and if legal regulations allow it.
• Company trips with environmentally friendly means of transport.
